A Loving Weekend

After this past weekend’s events, love is just so, so important and should be embraced by all. ❤

Last Friday I got to watch my cousin, Tony, marry his best friend, Kacie, up in Maine. It was a beautiful ceremony (where the bride and groom politely asked that no one have their cell phones) and the reception was one big dance party. (They met while members of the Young Americans.)

As you can see, love was in the air and we were having a great time!

And the cupcakes were delicious! This was carrot cake with salted caramel frosting.

It’s blurry because I was ready to dive in!

The wedding was on a Friday, and David and I were back home on Saturday afternoon. Sunday was spent putting up another wall in the garage and some grocery shopping.

After two packed weekends, it’ll be nice to have some relaxation this coming weekend. Oh, aside from a family party to celebrate birthdays and holidays! The fun never ends. 🙂

How was your weekend? Anything fun planned for the one upcoming?
